About Nudge

Nudge is an asynchronous, turn-based multiplayer gaming platform built for the way people actually play games with friends a few minutes at a time, spread across a busy day, without needing everyone online at once.

How It Works

Start a game and share a link with a friend through whatever messaging app you already use — no app store download required. When it's their turn, we nudge them. They play their move, and the game nudges you back. Play trivia, pool, cards, and more, all from your browser or as an installed app on your home screen.

Why We Built It

Casual, async, turn-based games used to be easy pass-and-play style games that fit into small pockets of time. Nudge brings that back with a cross-platform experience that works whether your friends are on Android or iPhone, without forcing anyone through an app store.

Built and Tested by the Nudge Team

Nudge is a live game service maintained by the Nudge Team. We play-test each supported format, verify the rules against the shipped game, and use those sessions to improve both the product and our rules and strategy guides.

Guides are written from firsthand use of Nudge, reviewed when game behavior changes, and dated so readers can tell when the material was last checked. We distinguish standard game rules from choices that are specific to Nudge.
